HiWave-5

HiWave-5 is characterized by the development of the Wet Kit, which consists of the WEC, comprising the Hull, the Shroud, the Mooring rod, and the Tidal regulator.

The Hull, in this project, is an innovative product characterized by being a sandwich made of composite fiberglass material produced by filament winding, with the purpose of effectively protecting the PTO from the marine environment.

The protocols for the maritime installation of the WEC were created within the scope of HiWave-5, considering the conditions present at the project's installation site.
